4. Artwork Submission

By submitting artwork to The Artist Zone:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and sell the artwork via the platform.

• The artist retains full ownership of their art and can remove it from The Artist Zone at any time.

• You agree to provide accurate details regarding your artwork, including descriptions, pricing, and any other relevant information.

5. Fair Pricing and Sales

The Artist Zone is committed to ensuring artists receive a fair price for their work:

• Artists set their own prices for their artwork.

• The platform may provide pricing recommendations based on market research but does not impose pricing structures.

• A commission fee, outlined at the time of submission, will be charged on each sale to cover platform maintenance and promotional efforts.

6. Payments and Fees

• Artists will receive payments through their selected method within a defined period after a successful sale.

• Commission fees will be automatically deducted from the sale price before payments are processed.

• Artists are responsible for any taxes or duties related to the sale of their artwork.

7. Content Guidelines

Artists must ensure that the content they upload complies with our guidelines:

• No offensive, discriminatory, violent, or illegal content is permitted.

• The Artist Zone reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

8. Termination of Account

The Artist Zone reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s account for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or other reasons deemed necessary to protect the platform’s integrity.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Artist Zone will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

• The platform is provided "as is," and The Artist Zone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, security, or reliability of the services.
